大陸委員會今（14）日上午11點召開記者會，由副主委梁文傑正式宣布將於2月20日上午9點正式開放港澳人士申請來台自由行。
經過考量綜合評估，將自下週一（20日）9時起恢復港澳居民來台申請。詳細說明如下：
一、恢復受理港澳居民網路申請臨時停留許可（網簽）。
二、符合資格者，可以網簽方式申請來臺，或事先至內政部移民署「境外人士線上申辦系統」（雲端申請停留）申請入出境證。有關申請應備文件及手續，請參考移民署全球資訊網。
三、疫情期間實施之港澳居民入境管制措施，均予以取消。基於港澳居民已可申請網簽或雲端停留來臺，去年11月7日專案開放以團體方式來臺觀光措施不再辦理，回歸常態申請。
